Common questions
You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's licence, passport, or state ID. The name on your ID must match the name on the document being notarised.
We can notarise the signature on a foreign-language document, but we cannot certify the translation. If a certified translation is required, we can refer you to a qualified translator.
Yes — for most notarisations, you must sign the document in the notary's presence. Do not sign beforehand. If you have already signed, you may need to re-sign in front of us.
