Staten Island
Our home borough — the lowest travel fee. Flat rate covering the first 30 minutes on-site. The $2 statutory notarisation fee applies per signature on top.

Our furthest borough from Staten Island — travel fee reflects tolls and distance. Evening, weekend, and holiday dispatches carry a $50–$100 surcharge.

If the notary arrives and the signer is not ready, a wait fee of approximately $20 per additional 10 minutes applies after the included on-site time. If no documents are signed (e.g. missing ID), the full travel fee is still due. A staff witness can be arranged for an additional $30–$35 per person.
Common questions
Same-day appointments are often available, though we recommend booking at least a few hours ahead to guarantee your preferred time slot. Evening and weekend availability is offered.
Travel fees are set by borough, increasing with distance from our Staten Island base. Staten Island: $75 flat (30 minutes included). Brooklyn: $95. Manhattan: $115. Queens: $150. The Bronx: $175–$200. All fees are separate from the $2 statutory notarisation fee per signature. Evening, weekend, and holiday dispatches carry an additional $50–$100 surcharge on top of the standard travel fee.
Please have your government-issued photo ID and the unsigned document(s) ready. Do not sign the document beforehand — you must sign in the notary's presence for the notarisation to be valid.
Most travel fees include 15–30 minutes of on-site time (30 minutes for Staten Island). After that, a wait fee of approximately $20 per additional 10 minutes applies. If no documents are signed — for example, because a valid photo ID is unavailable — the full travel fee is still due.
Yes — we regularly visit hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centres across all five boroughs. We are experienced in working sensitively with patients and their families.
Yes. If your document (such as a will) requires an independent witness, we can arrange a staff witness for an additional $30–$35 per person.
